Known for her ability to translate research into practice, Dr. Heiser has grown The Mentor Project from a solo endeavor into a global community of over 100 mentors, demonstrating the transformative power of mentorship for both mentees and mentors while inspiring others to seek everyday opportunities to give and receive guidance.
