With a degree in Business from Murray State University, she brings a sharp operational mindset and a deep commitment to both team support and client service. Whether she’s building processes, optimizing capacity, or solving problems before they surface, Jessi plays a critical (if often behind-the-scenes) role in KCo’s day-to-day success.
Her work may stay behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every client deliverable and team milestone.

Jessi lives in Madisonville, Kentucky, with her two sweet daughters and their delightfully quirky pets: Sadie, a lovable labradoodle who’s always up for a snuggle, and Obi-Wan, a mischievous cat who rarely lives up to his noble name. Outside of her 9-to-5, Jessi enjoys recharging in nature: fishing, hiking, stargazing, gardening, traveling to charming Hallmark-style towns, exploring new foods and wineries, and going on adventures with the girls. To Jessi, there's nothing like fresh air and sunshine!
