Lauren founded Kwedar & Co. in 2017 with a clear vision: to build a strategic communications firm grounded in integrity, clarity, and trust. Starting her own business had long been the plan — though life accelerated the timeline when, eight months pregnant, she was unexpectedly laid off from her corporate role.
Since then, she’s led the firm with equal parts strategy and heart — guiding everything from client work and business development to team culture and operational growth. A graduate of Rhodes College with a degree in Business Administration, Lauren brings sharp instincts, deep empathy, and a strong point of view to every relationship.
She’s proud to be surrounded by a fiercely capable team and the kinds of clients who make the work worth doing.

Lauren lives in her hometown of Fort Worth with her endlessly supportive husband, Clint, and their two children, Belle and Beau — who, despite having no real idea what she does, remain deeply invested in it anyway. When she’s not leading the Kwedar & Co. team, she’s likely reading, cooking, watching the birds flock to her feeders (especially the hummingbirds), or spending time with her family and close friends.
